Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Southern Mold collects, uses and protects information collected through SouthernMoldTesting.com.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit through our contact and inspection request forms — such as your name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP code, the service you are requesting, your preferred contact method, and a description of your situation. If you choose to opt in to text messages, we also record that choice, the date and time it was given, the page it was given on, and the consent wording shown to you. We may also collect standard, non-identifying usage information through website analytics, including pages viewed, referring website and campaign parameters in the link you arrived from.
Why we collect it and how we use it
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you request, communicate with you about estimates, appointments and scheduling, follow up on work in progress, keep records of our business, and improve this website. We do not sell your personal information.
Mobile information and SMS
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the messaging service.
Opting in to text messages is entirely optional and is never a condition of submitting a form, receiving an estimate or doing business with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Service providers
We use outside service providers to operate this website and our business — for example website hosting, database and email delivery providers, analytics providers, and communications or scheduling tools. These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the pages. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies through their settings.
Your choices
You may withdraw text message consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you may ask us to update or delete the information you submitted by contacting us.
